Attorney: Cathy P. Clark
Ms. Clark was born and raised in Corpus Christi. Since 1992, Ms. Clark has been
licensed in the State of Texas and in the United States District Court, Southern District,
since 1996. Ms. Clark received her juris doctorate decree from St. Mary’s University
School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. From 1992 through 2000, Ms. Clark was in private
practice in Corpus Christi, Texas. Ms. Clark served as an Assistant Attorney General in
the Child Support Division, Corpus Christi, Texas from 2001 through 2006. Practicing
family law since being licensed, Ms. Clark also practices in the areas of real estate and
property transactions, clearing title conditions, builders’ regulations, credit reporting
violations, unfair debt collection(FDCPA), family law and wills and probate.
Ms. Clark represents her clients to the fullest extent of the law and will keep her client’s
best interest as the most important objective.
